very kind staff with smiles. updated room, exceptionally comfortable bed, and large bathroom. breakfast with the usual pastries and fresh waffles, for example. friendly check in and great service.

Convenient to my sister's home for a Thanksgiving visit Clean!!!! Had all the amenities I needed ++ (fitness center, indoor pool) Cracker Barrel next door

Rooms were clean, hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Pool and bfast were nice amenaties. Close to major hwy and outlet mall for shopping. Several restaraunts in the same parking lot.
housekeeping was not thorough (didn't empty coffee in pot, replace lotion & shampoo daily) but the rooms were kept clean

Family with children will find comfort
The staff worked really hard to get us in our room early. We were going to the pickle festival up the road and they were so helpful to make it happen. The room was clean and spacious with a nice shower that felt refreshing after a long day.
It wasn't inexpensive but still reasonable for the quality we received.

Just a fine choice for a getaway in Hagerstown with excellent value for money. The woman at the front desk was super helpful, getting us a great room last minute. Check if the pool is open before you book.

This hotel was a good location for where we needed to be in the city. It was an adequate hotel. (barely adequate)
Extremely small bathroom. Bad lighting. Lumpy pillows. Price.

I appreciated the comfortable and spacious room with high ceilings and was easy to navigate. The staff was very helpful, especially in accommodating my elderly parents, we had everything we needed .
